Le Serpen is a stone farmhouse set amidst farmland on a hillside overlooking the Dropt valley in the Dordogne area of South West France. The gite, the Tobacco Barn, provides self-catering holiday accommodation for 4 adults plus children (up to a maximum of 8 people). It is a converted sechoir or tobacco drying barn at the back of the farmhouse. (The farmhouse is our home and not available to rent.)
Le Serpen is situated just outside the medieval village of La Sauvetat du Dropt in Lot et Garonne and about 4km from the town of Eymet in Dordogne.

The gite was originally an old tobacco drying barn or sechoir and has been thoughtfully converted into spacious and comfortable two bedroomed self-catering accommodation for 4 adults plus children (maximum 8 people).
Le Serpen is on a hillside at the end of a winding road with no near neighbours. Its situation provides peace and seclusion yet it is within easy reach of shops, restaurants and other amenities.
