Terms and conditions:

• Check-in from 4pm onwards. Departure by 10am.
• Prices include electricity, bed linen, towels and pool towels, and the tourist tax required by the French government. Cleaning at the end of your stay is included. Firewood is supplied for the fire pit and for the wood burning stove in winter. An initial supply of soap shampoo and shower gel is provided. Pool heating is included in the price from 1st June till 30th September. Outside this period, pool heating incurs an additional charge of 10 euros per day.
•  We understand that accidents happen but ask you to please report any breakages to us immediately so that we have time to put things right for our next guests.
• We clean thoroughly between each guest stay but request that you kindly leave the place tidy and clear away dirty dishes etc in the kitchen.
• Smoking is permissible in the grounds but not inside the gite. Please be aware of the risk of fire during hot, dry spells.
• It is the responsibility of all persons using these facilities to ensure their own safety and we strongly recommend that guests take out comprehensive holiday travel insurance.
• We ask you kindly to read our user guide.
